Assess Self Awareness ~ Repeat Often
      Prompts
For the most important decisions I made today did I factor the signals mind, body and environment provided to make the best decision in the moment? After writing, take a mindful moment to re-assess and determine if you let one signal (perhaps historical mental habits) override the others inappropriately - ie: did you assume something or did you look fresh? Was your body tense and you ignored it? If you find you did not incorporate an aspect, |: offer yourself gentle compassion at this awareness and try again :| Repeat as often as necessary. :)

      Guiding Principles
      Journaling from Within
The process of journaling facilitates our ability to go inside ourselves and ask who we are. We clarify our values which allows a transformation to occur from within. The clearer we get within the more impact we can have to transform the world around us in the most positive way. It starts with you taking the time and effort to Search Inside Yourself. What Guiding Principles are you living by? A few of mine that guide my way include being Heart Centered, Listening Inward, Being In Joy, Flowing and filled with gratitude. An interesting thing can occur when you realize sometimes the principles can be in contrast with one another. For example, my desire to be in a state of flow can conflict with my principle of sleeping well as sometimes a flow occurs in the midnight hour. Writing around these topics can help us notice when we have veered further out of alignment with our mission in life and can allow the unconscious drivers to come up to the surface for closer examination. Ultimately moving us closer back into alignment if we choose or determining if it is time to re-evaluate what the terms mean to us. Hope you enjoy the process.

      Write Your Story
      Prompts
You can always rewrite your story's ending. Mindfulness assists with neuroplasticity so you can change course if you don't like the way your life story is going, you can erase the thought and start again. Journaling is a useful tool as it allows you to write stream of consciousness and get the 'keep you awake ~ midnight thoughts' out of your head and on to the page. Allowing you to get back to sleep and have access to the material at a more suitable time. Enjoy the process!
